Wasn't impressed with the place no one asked to see my ticket to see the show, no one stood at the doors to the seating entrance telling people to not take pictures or videos so all the way though the show the staff were flashing torches at people taking pics and then bolting over to them telling them to not take pics which spoilt it for those who were trying to enjoy the show ...... The plus side though we were waiting outside the venue trying to find the stage door and such a lovely young lady was going in and I asked her where the stage door was as we were waiting to see Jason Donovan on his way in b4 the show she was ever so lovely and such a credit to your venue she went inside to ask what time he would be there and was happy to chat without issue ..........I do suggest u take Ur staff to another venue to see how they do it may I even suggest my local one theatre severn as they do things the way I would expect them to be done not only for safety but also to ensure a smooth running show
