Sakarya Kebab House — Restaurant in Warwick

Went in for a kebab. The service was miserable and felt like me being there was an inconvenience. They also slipped foreign currency into my change, and if memory serves right they even short changed me on top!

There was no redemption in the food , it was expensive compared to what you can get elsewhere for a comparable price. The meat was dry and the pita bread was just one of those little ones that get microwaved from the super market and it was all broken into pieces and even drier than the meat. The salad was just a pile of grated cabbage and carrot dumped on top with a slice of tomato and one slice of cucumber slapped on top of that. Zero pride taken in the food.

A terrible experience and I will not...

I wish you could leave minus stars, they said they delivered the food but we were in all night the front door is connected to where we were sitting. We heard no knock at the door, there was no missed call. I have no idea.where they were or who they were bothering with my order. Phoned the restaurant and explained they needed to fix this, they were extremely unprofessional, would not listen to myself or my partner, i tried to say i had been in all night I had finished work and just wanted some food, they would not let me talk absolutely no customer service, just explained i would leave a one star review, The only answer I got was "We will just reply to your comment" clearly customer feedback...

This place deserves to get a 5 star ranking. Was working in the area for a week and had to visit twice. They kindly stayed open late one evening for me. (Closing time is 11pm not 11.30pm as published here) I had a chicken kebab. It was so good I made a long detour on my return home for a second doner kebab. Seriously good food. I will visit again. Note: cash only - free ATM down the hill...
