Greggs — Restaurant in Watford

Editing my review.

Went to get a coffee today and part way through serving me the guy notices his colleague is trying to wheel out a cage full of rubbish bags that is stacked far too high to fit through the door he was about to go through, so he goes over and with his bare hands starts to press down the rubbish bags so that it fits through. He then goes back to the machine, without washing his hands, and finishes preparing the drink, putting on the lid etc. All done right in front of me.

Utterly disgusting and makes me wonder what else is going on out of view.

Suffice to say, I won't be going back.

Standard Greggs food but there is a particular member of staff at this branch that really needs some customer service training. No hello, no total price given, just points to the card machine and walks off without a goodbye or a thank you, doesn't even bother to check the transaction was successful. Genuinely a baffling interaction every time. Maybe next time I'll just pretend to scan my card and walk out with my stuff. I can't imagine this individual would...

Went here to buy some nice fresh jam doughnuts, £2.60 for 4 , got home and was looking forward to having one , what a disappointment, felt and tasted like they were old, no sugar on them, looked wet and sweaty but tasted old and dry . Threw them away , definitely wouldn't buy from here again and staff ignorant and need more training in...

Food was good. Nice staff. Lucozade was the GOAT! Pizza was greasy in a good way. It rained while we were eating. Not in the building...
