Customer service - non existent, I placed a fairly simple order, a menu item and asked for no cheese or mayo, I had to confirm 3 times until it was understood.

When the guy was making the burger... He was about to put cheese on..... So I said NO CHEESE, his colleague looked and said should be spicy burger, so he removed the burger, saw no spicy ones and put exactly the same burger back in it! - this to me shows absolutely no customer service at all, to ignore what the colleague said and knowingly give an incorrect order shows a total disrespect for the customer.
