This was my second visit, I bring my wife who loves seeing Hogwarts at Christmas, and, although she loved everything about the tour and the new edition (Hogwarts Express) she was very disappointed by the lack of attention to the glass cabinets in the shop, she had Christmas money to spend and she wanted to purchase something expensive, but, when she looked into the glass cabinets she was shocked to see expensive items covered in dust and not only 1 cabinet but all of them, in particular the wand stand which was covered in dust. My wife didn't want to spoil the day by complaining so she left without purchasing anything; but, unfortunately when we stopped off to get a drink at the coffee bar before we left and while she was waiting for the coffee to be served she also noticed the grime on the circular glass drinks counter around the large screw heads and she felt she had to point this out to the staff, they acknowledged the dirt and cleaned immediately. I know this may seem picky but I felt it spoilt the day for her as she left with these things on her mind and not the wonder...
Read moreOf course, every witch enjoys her trips to Diagon Alley -- you never know what you'll find! I was somewhat disappointed not to find Madame Malkin's Robe Shop, as I was in desperate need of longer robes; I am over 40, and the standard-size student's robes would most certainly not fit. Wonderfully accommodating here and centrally located, so everything the modern witch or wizard needs is at your magical fingertips. Interestingly, Diagon Alley seems quite comfortable at any time of the year, as if the climate control was better and more reliable than the weather in the rest of London. Very strange, that.

Read moreIt would been much more interesting if they would improve and correct the sense of communication between Harry Potter’s movie, and the visitors. It is not enough to show people only what has been filmed, or WALK on the same ground that Harry Potter walked on, or only VIEW things which were filmed. Yet, improving all that in away making the visitors FEEL the Harry Potter’s life and movie to live it for few minutes.
