The Food Hall — Restaurant in Three Rivers

A night of uncontrollable diarrhoea & vomiting, pooping the bed, and lying in the shower in the hotel a shivering wreck. Nearly had to go to the hospital. It was either Professor Sprout's salad (rice & sprouts can cause food poisoning) or the tables that were not cleaned. Surely with the huge amount of money they make, they can afford to employ more staff to clean and disinfect the tables? Or train their staff better. I'm going to guess it was the salad though, as it lasted 12hrs, was intense & none of my family had it. Nothing else I ate would explain this. On top of the horrific experience I have endured, including throwing up blood because of how intense it was, I'm now going to miss out on today's holiday activities that have been planned for over half a year. Massive queue, 1 person on the till taking orders (about 6 people behind the counter seeming to be doing nothing including the manager).

After 15 minutes queuing paid for a chicken salad, waited another 5 minutes only to be called and told they are sold out and they needed to give me a refund.

Extremely bad service, the manager made zero effort to provide compensation for the 20 minutes I wasted queuing and waiting. So I left hungry and pretty angry.

The studio tour is absolutely brilliant 5 star! The cafe is run terribly, I don’t understand why there was no effort to reduce the queues and communicate when items are sold out.

A really good place to eat after the tour! This restaurant is only accessible at the start or end of your tour, so if you want a good cooked meal that is not a burger, then plan your timings. We went to the tour first thing in the morning, had a snack half way round where the backlot cafe is, and then had a nice cooked dinner here. We shared the pie; we don't eat loads, and the portion was well sized. You order at the counter, and are given something to put on your table. The servers then bring your food over to you when it's ready. There is plenty of seating, and there's some outdoor seating too. The food was really good, but it will add up snd be very expensive for a family...
