Here, you can find tasty affordable Thai food. The menu is packed with options, from classic Pad Thai to soup noodles, all surprisingly delicious. The vibe is super casual and friendly—perfect for a laid-back meal with friends or family. Don’t expect fancy decor - after all, they sell Thai street food. The staff are welcoming and quick to help out, making you feel right at home. Especially appreciate when the Thai staffs try their best to connect to locals, Asians and Thai. It's like a wonderful fusion of culture in the restaurant. (I read some negative comments about the female staff. I am not Thai but me and my children never found her rude. We heard people speak Thai and the language is funny- maybe the language sounds different from English that caused the misunderstanding?) Just remember, it’s not a Michelin-star restaurant, but a delicious Thai food restaurant at fast-food prices. I would not expect a server come to me with a tuxedo, or introduce every dishes to me. Having visiting the place for many times, I am always happy with the food, the service and the bill 😆.

Thai home is a delicious and very enjoyable restaurant. The owner is nice and treats customers like family. With its vibrant ambiance and authentic flavours, dining at Thai home is a truly delightful experience. From the moment you step through the door, you are warmly welcomed by the charming owner, whose friendly smile instantly puts you at ease. The menu offers a wide array of mouthwatering Thai dishes, each prepared with utmost care and attention to detail.

You won’t get more authentic Thai food than here (except perhaps the pork, sweetcorn and cheese spring rolls that could be Brazilian. Try them - you won’t regret it!). Generous portions, and great value (especially compared to the Elephant). The “express” menu is particularly good value. A more basic setting for sure, but perfectly comfortable.

Small little Thai restaurant. About seven tables. Informal dinning. Good customer service.

Menu not extensive but have the usual fair plus a few uncommon ones.

I usually judge authenticity of a Thai restaurant by the quality of the soup. The tom kha gai wasn't too bad, but feel a little toned down. Could be spicier and 'fresher'. The flavour of the lime leaves and galangal did not come through. Having said that it wasn't that bad though. Better than the last few Thai restaurants I have visited.

For the mains, the tamarind prawns was quite good. The massaman curry was good.

More home dinning experience. I do like it. Will come back to try the red and green curry...

My first visit in early of 2024 and used to take a meal for every one of two weeks, before flight to oversea at July. This restaurant gave me food impression for food food quality, portion and service.

So, I visit it again on this October. Food is not that good as before, but still acceptable. I can say the crispy pork is not that good as before, the haonam chicken is tasteless.

The most thing put me off is have to 'suffer' the 'hatred' from the owner, though I don't know why have to be intimidated in this way. She is friendly towards other Thai people and can say she speaks nicely in Thai. Don't know why, might be she doesn't like to speak in...
