Inaccessible and a rude manager

Disabled toilets are not a cupboard and I am not "mean" for stating this

I went into this pub in my wheelchair, it was very difficult to get in and out the doors but that wasn't the main issue. I needed to use the disabled toilet and on my way a polite member of staff came up to me to let me know I needed a code to use it and they would get the manager. When the manager came he unlocked the toilet then said it was being used for storage and left quickly. There was a basket in the doorway so I couldn't get my chair in and multiple large speakers in there along with other things. I asked my partner to go and get them again telling them I can't get in to use the toilet. When they came back I said they really shouldn't be using the disabled toilet for storage and he got defensive and said he was doing his best and that he had got the code for me (as if my access to a toilet isn't a basic human right). I said I'm not trying to be mean about it but it is unfair and he said it was coming across that I was. No one ever apologised to me and I'm sure all the storage has gone back in there. All the other staff members were very polite and helpful, even the bouncers holding doors for me but this manager made me feel I was inconviencing him and my complaint was not...

Went to my nephews surprise 30th was meant to be a private party in the top garden but anyone and everyone came up,we found the prices more expensive upstairs then down, the toilets where a disgrace, the food that had been supplied was not very nice and not much to go round, Ordered food from the bar waited 2 hours had to remind the staff then waited another 30 minutes. The Venue knew about a new born being at the party and we asked for the back gate to be opened as it was safe to go that way ( and it had been opened for the inflatable man) waited god knows how long gave up and had to battle the football crowd, whilst struggling, mum and baby got pushed going down the stairs, but still staff didn’t want to help would of been cheaper easier and more safer to go to a pub lunch and we would of got what we ordered and payed for and would of been nicer, after finding out how much it cost for the day/evening would not hold another party here. No one was interested helping only interested in the football. Door security thanked us for being polite and causing no trouble even after walking down the stairs a man threw a whole pint over us, would never recommend this place if I could give no...

It's a nice place with more areas than usual inside & out to sit. Tiny car park though right by Farnham Station so had to park up side residential streets. Do lots of music nights & all days Sundays &/ Bank Holidays with local DJ line ups.

Note, when busy, can wait up to 1/2 hour at bar to be served! & bar girl poured me the wrong drink, not what asked for but granted it was noisy for her to hear our orders & she did give me the drink I wanted for free on top, as well as the incorrect one, which was nice of her. + Last time I went, last night, bar man extremely rude, kept clearing away our half drank drinks, 3 times from just my friend & I, saw him doing it everywhere to everyone, I complained he rudely said he wouldn't replace because I got upset with him for doing it & a 2nd time!
