Here Japan — Restaurant in Welwyn Hatfield

First time ordering from the restaurant, don't know if I my expectations were too high but never again. Ordered £15 for lunch, 4 items, salmon maki, tuna maki and two side. Expected some kind of quality from the restaurant but its the same you would get from the local supermarket meal deal, the same cheap tasting ingredients, quality and size the only difference is the price. I'm not moaning about the price because I was well aware of the individual prices before ordering, and was willing to pay for it but I couldn't believe how poor the quality the food it was, none of the items were fresh and sides were vegetable spring rolls and chicken gyoza both lukewarm. Would not recommend to anyone who has eaten real authentic sushi before because this restaurant does not do any of that. Go to the local supermarket instead its the same. 2 stars for the delivery...

Sorry but the last 2 times the prawn tempura was so soggy and chewy and I did complain before about the soup but yesterday again the portion was not even half a bowl? So I'm afraid I won't be ordering again. I am ordering every week for the past month so I do think they should've make an effort?....I am updating again! So I didn't order for few months and I ordered tonight through uber eat? ....so the food was really fresh and tasty!!! So yes I will order again! Thank you....updated.....very very disappointed that the lady on the phone doesn't speak English? So I ordered last evening. Really nice food ! I would definitely order again . Unfortunately I was disappointed with this place - ordered a dragon roll and the rice was still warm and obviously had been made with too much water so it was soggy and had also made the prawn tempura inside the roll to be soggy too. Both aspects could be considered a 'school boy error' to sushi making. Each roll was tiny and rather bland. I'm just glad I had a discount code otherwise it'd be even more annoyed. Although this is my local sushi place, I definitely won't be returning and will stick to the best sushi in a neighbouring area beginning with a "B". I don't rate supermarket sushi but I think I would have got more satisfaction from buying the Sainsbury's one at a fraction of...
