TGF Pizza — Restaurant in Welwyn Hatfield

Do not order from this place please trust me, I have been in Hatfield for 36 years and ordered from here many times. Unfortunately last night on my sons birthday it was inedible and I called them to let them know the pizza was soggy and so undercooked that the meat was almost crawling off each slice. They never put any pizza sauce on either pizza were obviously in a rush or someone less experienced had made the pizza. They went to the extent of lying to me saying they checked their CCTV on who made them but I know full well as I work as head if security and collected many times from there that is not the case. Pathetic and god knows what else they are willing to do to get the job done. This was an honest complaint from a long term customer you have now lost guys and this is something that I hate wasting my little spare time on complaining on a review site but now it means war. You guys are going to go out of business and out of work for letting honest decent people down and my honest lobely son who chose his birthday meal to be from you and after all my attempts you have laughed me off and not resurrected the honest complaint. Would have given 0 stars if it was possible. I placed my order through uber eats just before half 6. My expected delivery time was between 18:45 and 19:05. But the pizza arrived at 19:30. So roughly 25 mins late. Then when the pizza arrived I did not have two sauces I ordered. The driver gave me two options. He would either refund me the money for sauces or I can wait 15 minutes for sauces and a driver will drop it off. As I had to finish off some chores and put the ordered pizza in the oven to reheat (as it was cold when it arrived), I thought i'll go with the option of another driver dropping off the sauces in 15 mins. It has been 30 mins since the first driver left and my sauces have still not come. The customer service is atrocious. Let's hope the pizza...

The best Pizza shop in Hatefield. And it's still disgusting. Greasy, nasty food and all of the meat for some reason tastes like turkey bacon, which does not taste like bacon at all, just so you know. I used to buy Pizza from here a lot but I refuse to now. The standards started slipping badly.... don't get me wrong, it's still the best Pizza in Hatefield, but that should just let you know how awful this town actually is. Seriously do yourselves a favour, Go to the Japanese or the Polish restaurant instead. The Pizza shops in Hatefield seem to be allergic to money, people, and customers.
