Simmons Bakers — Restaurant in Welwyn Hatfield

State of store today was appalling. Came for tea and cake and despite there being 4 staff on shift and there only being 4 other customers in store when I arrived, only one of the available 7 tables was clean. Outside tables were also all dirty. Sat for over half an hour and watched as the staff leant and chatted (including the lady who seemed to be in charge) disappeared frequently out back, but failed to clean any of the tables. One member of staff even came out to clear a customer spillage (stepping over dropped crusty rolls in the process) and then proceeded to return to the back of store without cleaning a single table, inside or out. My experience at this bakery was the worst. I ordered a croissant and the worker placed it onto the counter which was so dirty (contamination). When i addressed her about it kindly she rolled her eyes and did not apologise and continued to gossip with the other worker. Furthermore, the table was unclean and had equipment on it. Ordered through Just Eat. Completely wrong order delivered. Missed so much of the order. Put in an apology note saying they've had to miss things out and replace with similar items. So, you could make a black coffee, but not a cappuccino? You didn't replace the cappuccino with anything! You could make 2 breakfast baps, but not 3? You didn't replace that bap with anything!
