Favorite Chicken & Ribs Bletchley — Restaurant in West Bletchley

I am customer of Favorite Chicken. I have faced one issue on one of your branch and I wanted to make you aware.

There is a branch in Bletchley - MK3 7DE. They all the time focus on cash. They everytime lie that their card machine is not working but in fact it is working fine. I went there first time they said to me that bring cash as we accept cash only due to machine being faulty.

Second time, I went there and they said to me the same thing that bring cash. I said I will order more food for my family as well then they took money from me by using machine. It was working fine.

Today again I have tried to order food for my kids on phone. She mentioned that please bring cash as card machine is faulty.

I am hearing from other mates that they don't wanna pay tax and they don't wanna give comission to Branch (Fav chicken).

I can show you proof that their card machine is working in the screenshot for your reference.

Can this be addressed please as this is not good for the reputation for the Favourite chicken. I am thinking to contact HMRC about this as they are stealing the tax on the day light.

I ordered a double ringer plus meal from your store in Bletchley Total Filling Station, Whaddon Way, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK3 7DP on the 24/04/2021 at 20.00 hours For one they dont take card which is atrocious in a pandemic. They do this so you have to use the shop or the cash machine which both charge you 2 pound to get your own money. When me and my partner got home the burger wasn't the correct one it was missing the cheese and the onion rings also was missing most of the meal, there was no chicken my partner went back and they told us we didnt order that meal which I did, he also refused to give us the chicken we ordered. He got the new burger which was freezing cold it must have been cooked hours ago because chicken doesn't just go freezing cold. Well who knew that with the amount of money that this place charges that you can't even choose what pieces of chicken that you want in your meal, it turns out that all pieces of chicken are mixed in your order even when you request 2 pieces to be the same in a 3 piece meal. I've never known a chicken shop including the real deal KFC that charges £1.80 a piece, yet say's nope your have what your given. In the end I ordered a fillet burger and asked for 1 piece of chicken a thigh on it's own, and a fresh piece from the back of the rack not a left over one at the front that has been sitting around for hours.
