Greggs — Restaurant in West Oxfordshire

Overall experience is awful! There was three men that are on shift. My daughter came to collect an order. I was on the phone to her. The man made her wait 20 minutes for her order for no reason at all then didn’t give her the dipping sauce to go with the order and stated that she had to pay extra for that source, if she wanted it, I was on the phone to her. This time was extremely rude considering she’s only a child age 11 made her feel extremely uncomfortable. She came to me. I went back in explained what happened that comes with the dip and sauce. I’m not have to pay extra he told me that no, no one said that she had to pay extra I stated that I heard the whole conversation as I was on the phone and I felt that he was extremely rude to My Child and I would like an apology given to My Child.
