Premium priced food for sub-standard quality. Burgers are dry and tasteless, chips taste stale and overcooked. Coffee is served as half a takeaway cup, consisting mostly of foam and tastes like ash. Cookies are rock hard. Staff are lacking in any enthusiasm and seem inexperienced with children. We have experienced multiple power cuts whereby the children had to repeatedly vacate the play area with no time or money reimbursed. They have recently put a ban on children taking packed lunches and insist that only food bought from their cafe can be eaten on the premises. Manager appears unapproachable with unfriendly demeanour; she demanded that our autistic son wear a wristband, when we explained about his condition and that he wouldn’t wear it but that we would present it if needed, she refused and still insisted he wear it.
Will NOT be visiting again, unpleasant and not child friendly… would prefer to pay a little extra for a more family...

Lovely young girl in the cafe, food was very good, we were pleased to see that salad was included with burgers, chicken nuggets and toasties etc, plenty of choice and good coffee too. Major gripe, the pricing is so complicated if using both Soft play and Trampoline and why do adults, e.g.over 70 year olds not participating, have to pay. Surely there could be a way of paying for 2 sessions at one time, or even to pay on entering rather than on...

Only criticism is that you only get 1 hour in the soft play and it is enforced. 1 hour isn't really enough to tire a little one out, so this feels a bit mean. Most soft plays give you more time than this. However, it's clean, has a cafe, friendly staff and is popular, so it's a pretty...
