I know we’re in tricky times but we were in a queue of only five people for 30 minutes, in the freezing cold, before we could get into the shop. It appeared that there was only one girl on duty, while another seemed to be messing around in the back doing nothing to help. Once inside, no apologies, no attempt to communicate concern about the slow service or give any love to the long-suffering and frost-bitten customers. Ordered three ham and cheese panini which were commensurately hopeless. A slice of ham so wafer thin you could see through it, and cheese which seemed to have been sprayed on in a fine mist; basically, a rather expensive lump of dough.
