Azure Fish & Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in West Suffolk

Azure restaurant in Brandon, Suffolk. We went to the new restaurant in Brandon last night...Azure. Were a bit hesitant as there was a queue of folks in the front getting what looked like awesome fish & chips and other greek/turkish food. Walked through to the back and saw an impressive decor in the restaurant. We were seated immediately, drinks ordered and back to us in less than 5 minutes. Order taken, starters arrive in the blink of an eye. The calamari was awesome, and Christel's grilled haluomi was as well. She had the Lamb beyeti and I had their bayete (think that's how it's spelled). It was as close to kobi beef (from Japan) that I've ever had!! A plate of extra bits, vine leaves, bread, and dips arrived, ON THE HOUSE!! I could go on forever, the manager was out to chat as well as the head barrista/bar manager. The waitress staff provided the best customer service I've ever had in my 23 years in the UK. They've only been open...

Today I came all the way from Staffordshire to Brandon to visit friends and eat at the lovely Azure establishment. All I can say is this place has had a lot of thought put into it to be so authentic and warm and friendly. We were welcomed and invited to our table to join our table of five. We were given time to choose our meals from a menu offering a choice to varied tastes. All our meals were very tasty and plenty of it. I look forward to coming back again soon to try another main dish and may have to have the Lemon tart...

Walked in to a hidden gem. The decor was lovely and food superb. Best calamari I’ve ever had. Also had seafood platter which was very tasty . Only down side was the waitress wasn’t sure on some questions we asked and forgot a couple of things that we had asked for. She said the seafood platter came with a side salad and included prawns, which it didn’t. She also forgot to take away our starter plates before coming up with our main food.
