Peach Bower — Restaurant in West Suffolk

Well I wouldn't of given one star. I ordered my food and let them know I had ordered over a few months back and was not happy due to the prawn toast being cremated. But thought I'd give them a chance again. Which I wish I hadn't. So ordered my food it arrived the chilli beef was dry as anything no spices on it very bland and was cold. No sauce to it. To then I had a prawn dish the prawns was raw the liquid that the prawns were in well they were swimming in that runny liquid. To then had prawn toast yes the person on the phone said they won't cook it as long where its not cremated. I wouldn't mind but yet again this was raw this time. So I contacted the restaurant. To get so much abuse and sworn at down the phone. The language and how the person on the phone dealt with this was appalling. They came to my house to collect the food and I did infact get a refund. But did not get the whole refund which is disgusting. I was not going to even bother over a fiva to a tenna to get back just wanted the driver to get the food and go. I will never in my life ever order from here again. I would not recommend...

Food nothing special, but I can't complain anything was wrong with it. However for the price paid would expect a nicer dinner.I indeed think that I overpaid. Usually, I get my food at Pagoda house, they are fine, but I hate when they use old black mushrooms in their food. And feels like eating slugs. Going back to Peach Bower and Pagoda house, I would still prefer pagoda house. As Peach Bower Charged me a double of what I would have paid at Pagoda. We tried Peach Bower for the first time and had a good experience. I would say it's worthy of 4 stars! Pros: Ordering online was a breeze, the website was easy to navigate, with a plus of our food ready in just 15 minutes; the flavors were fantastic. General Tso's chicken is a standout, highly recommend! We also enjoyed the beef and broccoli. Cons: The portion sizes were smaller than expected compared to other local spots that we've gotten almost double the size for the same price.
