Golden Fried Chicken — Restaurant in West Suffolk

Ordered last night of just eat and I will never order food again from here. The only good thing I got out of my food was the corn on cob. The bbq ribs had no meat on them and the ones that did it was like I was eating a raw hide chew. The burger was like rubber. The burger was cold also. When I called them they offered me another lot erm no thanks. I wanted a refund they refused to do so. They said I have to contact just eat to get the refund well never again will I order from gfc. There food when I was younger was so lovely. Whatever has happened I do not know.

I will add sweetheart why would I want more food when the 1st batch should of been good enough and to high standards. I've worked in kitchens and not once has my work been poor like yours. Also I'm a care worker so good luck with that. Having attitude like that at the end won't get you customers and won't get you no where. I never swore at your work colleagues at all. So get it right. If I swore I would of come down there and let you know about it. Your just annoyed with the bad...

Asked for a quarter pounder and a portion of chips waited 10 mins when ready I was asked if I wanted lettuce and mayo in my burger? I said no sauce just some salad e.g more than just lettuce! I was then asked what drink I wanted?!?! WHAT I never asked for a drink I'd just been in the shop and brought some drinks! He says it's part of the meal! I didn't ask for a meal I asked for a quarter pounder and a portion of chips. So I take a Pepsi and pay £5.80 to then be handed a giant bag with a tiny box in it!! No ask if I want salt or sauce on the chips what there was of them all squished in the box together! Hench why o asked for a quarter pounder and a portion of chips. Eventually I get back to work to tuck into it to find the buger/bun sitting in a puddle & they put mother trucking cheese in! I didn't ask for a cheese burger nor did they offer it!! Overall experience is of poor service & bad value, no real care for what the person paying them actually...

Had 3 pizzas and a bacon cheese burger with fries delivered, the pizzas were very nice much better than we expected. The bacon burger and fries were very nice too. We don't usually order pizzas from takeaways because they are always really overloaded with cheese ,very greasy and not pleasant we stick to pizza specialty places because of this. These did still have too much cheese but were the best takeaway pizzas...
