Boosh — Restaurant in West Suffolk

Not all but some staff are very arrogant - especially the manager that was on shift when I was in there!!!

Cocktails were ok I guess but nothing special. The beer choice isn’t much but what they do have to offer are good largers in my opinion.

The venue is fairly cramped but there’s not a lot you can do about that. in some scenarios I guess it could be cosy but when it’s a busy weekend it’s far to small

Disgusting service. Very disappointed, having booked a table in advance for my birthday we arrived on the day only to be told that they wouldn’t move a walk in who had been there for the last few hours (despite people on their table having fallen asleep so clearly didn’t need anymore!) staff was rude and unaccomadating. By the end we were heckled out and staff did absolutely nothing but shrug and say they didn’t care. Don’t provide a booking service if you can’t stick to it and certainly will never be returning to somewhere that clearly don’t give an inch about loyal customers....

Abusive and rude staff, harassed and hurried I to a table too small for us when we had a whole room booked. Friends travelled from across the country, even as far as Middlesborough just to be disappointed and harassed by a rather short tempered and irritable young waitress. Not to mention the abuse we were receiving from other drunken customers, one of whom was passed out on their chair without any sign of them being asked to leave. Absolutely abysmal service from this Saturday (6/11/2021) we will not be returning again and will be encouraging anyone and everyone not to...
