Chick King — Restaurant in West Suffolk

My partner and I ordered online to save any confusion with how we like our food, when my partner came home after collecting our food we had found out that they had messed up the order and one of the mains was wrong. We rang up and explained over the phone, to which there seemed to be a lot of shouting between colleagues where an employee reluctantly asked us to come back to collect the ‘correct’ order. My partner went to the take away and reiterated what we had ordered and also showed our online confirmation which explains in detail our order, to his surprise they had already remade the mains but they were still wrong, an employee proceeded to have a go at my partner and said that we’ve got it wrong even though it was in black and white on the confirmation order and refused to make one of the mains CORRECTLY. My partner asked if they had anything to offer or any money back on the order for the inconvenience of travelling back and fourth and still technically not having the correct order and again they refused.... We were left feeling really disappointed and embarrassed by the way that we were treated. Used to like this place for a cheeky takeaway but the past few times we've ordered over the past few months it's been inedible. We keep giving them another chance, but never again. 2 nights ago we had a takeaway delivered. Chicken burgers were stone cold with a soggy coating, bread was wet and soggy, chips weren't cooked and potatoes were chewy/rubbery with raw potato on the inside. All completely inedible. And the cans of drinks were hot like they'd been in the oven... Not even room temperature, actually hot! This time I decided to call to ask for a refund because I'm fed up of wasting my money on them by giving them more chances, and I was promised a manager would call me back yesterday, which obviously they didn't. Never ever will I order from them again after being a customer...

Ordered delivery this evening, food took over an hour to arrive. When food did arrive my partner's pizza was cold and my wrap was only lukewarm. My partner phoned up to tell them his Pizza was cold, straight way they had a bad attitude. Was told that because we live in a Village outside of Bury that's why it's cold. We only live a 10 minute drive and we have ordered delivery several times and it's never been cold before. When my partner pointed this out they just said nothing they can do, and passed phoned over to an employee who hung up on my partner mid-sentence. My partner at no point was rude to anyone he spoke with, so to have such a bad attitude from the get go is appalling. We won't ever be ordering from...
