Pizza Hut Bury St Edmunds — Restaurant in West Suffolk

Disappointed.. we’ve ordered a loaded chicken supreme pizza, and sadly.. we’ve got a normal chicken supreme pizza. What was even more sad, is not that we paid more for that pizza, or that the fact that was semi burnt, but the fact that I called the shop to tell them, just to be careful in the future to not repete the mistake, and he said that he put the 3 types of cheese on it, doesn’t mean he needs to put more cheese.. I guess.. he doesn’t know what ‘loaded’ means.. He was very rude. Shouted at me just because I told them that I don’t think they’ve sent the right pizza. I didn’t request other pizza or a refund.. I just wanted to be able to order again in the future and make sure I get what I pay for.. It’s not the first time I order that pizza, and that was definitely not the loaded one. My husband doesn’t even want to hear about Pizza Hut...

Rang to order pizza for collection and asked if they could make sure the pizza is cooked crispy as the last 2 times I’ve had pizza it had been undercooked the crust hadn’t even gone brown. (Deep dish pizza should be crispy on the bottom) He replied no as were busy 👍 not being fussy just want my pizza as it should be cooked!

I then replied I’d like to order my food as I’d like it please or I’ll just cancel as it’s not enjoyable and he said ok that’s fine, so with that I cancelled my order and will not be using them again!

I go there all the time and unfortunately I will never again. Good job dominos pizza is Nextdoor to cook my pizza properly .

undercooked pizza with the excuse of we’re busy...

ordered a delivery at 5.29pm, still no pizza by 6.45 so I went to the branch and the two lads in there didn’t have a clue where it was, only the driver has it and he has five deliveries!! Told them to forget it. I now have to call for a refund. Got home then 7.15pm the driver turns up, cold pizza and we turned him away. My wife is a diabetic and had her insulin injection when we ordered so it’s important to eat within 30 minutes or she could have a hypo. I have deleted my Pizza Hut app and will never use them again. Stick to Dominos who are actually next door to Pizza Hut delivery! They have never let us down. a laughable service from Pizza Hut...
