Greggs — Restaurant in West Suffolk

Best thing to happen to Rougham. I am a new regular here and have been going here since the day they opened. The staff here are the friendliest and happiest people I have ever known in a Greggs. Ana, the manager, is amazing at her job, and I think the staff must love having her as a manager as always smiling and happy, which is infectious in a nice way. Lorraine has never been rude to anyone in all the times I have been in here, which is at least 4/5 times a week. We have always had a laugh whilst being served, so struggle to understand how one review said she was rude to them. I know it has really upset her having her name on a bad review, so this is the main reason for my review. She also joked that she doesn't even like steak bakes like me, but everyone is intitalled to their opinion. Another horrible experience at this Greggs again today. It failed to open on time and when I asked should it open at 06.00 a staff member gave me an evil look and shouted WE'RE SHUT! A second customer arrived and ask her the same question. The gentleman got the same response.he expressed to me how rude the lady was and felt unwelcome just like myself. The staff here don't belong in retail and at the very least need to be retrained in customer service. I won't be visiting this...

Been here a few times in the hope it might get better but no. Staff sweeping up and moving boxes then straight into making the breakfast baguettes with bare hands no hand washing inbetween. Final straw today lad behind the counter pretty much shouting at me “ WHAT YOU WANT” then whilst getting it started brushing hands and messing about with another staff member.
