We held our intimate wedding reception here in their private function room. Room was the perfect size and location is brilliant. The value for money is second to none! The quality and selection of food was amazing, we had a set menu to choose from prior to the event for the adults and children, the selection on both menus was brilliant and we were all very happy with every dish served. Our first time eating here and it was a large group for the size of the establishment. The food was first class with the nicest steak I have had in a while, cooked perfectly (medium rare) and served with an attractive selection of vegetables. This was only eclipsed by the dessert. Oh dear... where to begin. They were out of dry martini, so instead of making a dry martini and lemonade they brought an expresso martini as it was the closest thing they had. I'm no expert, but they are quite different.

The menu is moderatly priced without the quality to back it up. The pasta I had was chewie (at best), the fish was flavourless and the extra chicken option we requested was ignored but still billed.

All in all, there will be no return visit. Which is a shame, as the cinema is great so you'd think the reatraunt...
