Aroma Café Bar — Restaurant in Wigan

Lovely little cafe in the middle of Whelley and a good stop if you're planning a walk into Haigh Hall or down the canel.

They serve typical cafe and breakfast meals that are a little expensive but good quality and the place is clean, tidy and cosy.

What really stood out for me is the custoner service and the extra steps taken for you, especially for take out orders. Beens in a seperate, sealed tub to avoid spillage. Strong foil at the bottom of the tray to keep your food warm, along with the usual foil outer wrapper.

Drinks bagged seperately without being asked to. It's the littke things that make a big difference.

Parking out front for about 12 cars but it can get super busy, so you may have to park along...

I'm so glad this cafe is open again after 2 years closed under COVID. Maria is front of house has a big smile to greet you, Marco the chef came out after the breakfast was finished to check all ok and chat. I had the full English breakfast (a really full plate) with an americano coffee, food was fresh and well cooked, coffee was good and strong with the bill coming to £10, my opinion good value these days. Marco tells me he's open in the morning from 8am but can't get an electrician for a couple of months yet to do an illuminated sign for...

Found this cafe bar by chance and so glad i did. The staff are very welcoming and plesant.

The menu was extensive with options for all.

Great selection of coffee, wine and beers as well as the usual soft drinks etc.

My panini was very tasty and if I'd had longer i would have had desert.

Coffee was great. Very well made.

This place wont be a secret for long.
