My favourite Chinese in the Wigan/ Springfield/beech hill area. The salt and pepper dishes are so goo!, just the right amount of everything, not too spicy or salty. The salt and pepper boxes are delicious too!! The foo yung is very good, prawn toasts and the spring rolls.
