Popped in for a coffee, this being our favourite company, but not too impressed. My wife had a cappuccino, which was more like a latte, so she asked for another, which was also more like a latte, so she refused that as well. The server then said that he'd already made it twice so my wife replied, well get someone that can make a cappuccino. If the drink is not up to standard then they promise a replacement no problem, but what do they do if the server can't make one? Not very...

Just been through the drive-in. Ordered a coconut milk cappuccino with an extra shot and a vanilla latte. Got a plain latte, no syrup, and a coconut milk cappuccino with vanilla syrup. Girl took the order. Had to repeat the latte order. Got to the window and the lad gave us one drink and thought we were done. Asked for the latte, he took the drink on the counter and handed it over. Went into the store, friendly atmosphere and the staff were polite and took orders quick as it was busy. I ordered a large Mocha to take away, staff made the coffee quick. The barista that was making my mocha did not mix the chocolate or coffee and lumped the milk on top.
