Domino's Pizza - Leigh — Restaurant in Wigan

Ordered a 9.5” pizza. Took quite a while to turn up. When it finally did they’d made a pizza not much bigger than my iPhone for reference just a little bigger than 6.1”. Little one was starving so he’d already started digging in before I realised. Regardless I’d managed to snap pictures prior to. Phoned up to complain and the lady who answered couldn’t have cared less. Opposed to apologising knowing full well they’d sent a much smaller pizza size after paying close to £30 which was a joke. I asked to speak to the manager who said just claim it back from just eat. Apparently ordering Italian style merits a much smaller pizza? Yet in other dominoes I’ve been to it is just essentially a thinner base. But I have gladly contacted just eat, & will be posting this out telling people to avoid. I’ve also emailed it into their head office as it’s just sheer laziness from the staff, and a lot of money waisted. I’d just go to pizza pier instead, a lot more money friendly, staff are friendly, it’s family owned and they don’t stuff you over. More so if your ever not happy they fix the...

Never had an issue with the leigh store before until today, placed an order at 6pm, got a text to say it was on its way at 6.25pm

7pm still nothing I called and they said it was 10-15mins away and the text had been sent by mistake.

7.30pm still nothing and they stopped answering the phone so we went down and were told it had been on the road 13mins and everyone was in the same boat. Its looked really busy, if you cant handle the orders take delivery off until you catch up. We got home and still nothing. (The house wasn't left unattended just incase it came)

8.20pm and still no food and no answer. Can't even call to cancel and get a refund to go elsewhere as no one is answering

Update... Managed to get through at 8.25pm and they said it's on the road. Went quiet and it's defiantly on the road. Refused a refund and I asked them to cancel but they insisted its definitely on the road.

Very poor service and rude phone manner

We use this store every Tuesday but I don't think we will be...

No manners, no decency, no care. Not good enough at all. - So they say the pizza is ready, you set off and it's not ready at all so you're left waiting. They then hand you the wrong pizzas which you find out when you get home. Phone them up for some 'lady' to answer the phone in the most rude manner; so rude my wife pulls them up on it so they chicken-out and hand the phone over to someone else. They explain the issue and start making our pizzas again. They won't deliver to make up for their mistake so we have to go and pick them up again. Various staff glareling so rudely at us as though it's our fault. The pizzas are not the best either, they have a tough base that they haven't bothered or managed to cut through, a childish reprisal perhaps ? Not much of a treat...
