Awful! Ordered food online for pick up and when the food arrived home it was so disappointing. The burger was cold, overcooked and missing the bacon! The fries tasted like soap. It’s a shame as I ordered from here a few weeks ago and the food was lovely. Why have you stopped wrapping takeaway burgers in the foil wrap that keep them hot? Putting them in a carton with the fries is never going to keep the quality. I wrote such a glowing 5 star review last time which I have now removed as I don’t think it’s deserved. Ordered tonight 2 steak meals deals and a side of jalepeno cheese bites off Wigan eats. Delivery was an over an hour which you can't complain too much considering was a Saturday night. Food arrived piping hot and was delicious. Wasn't expecting too much for the money but I was proven wrong. Good size steak cooked perfectly and a great portion of chips.
