If you're thinking about what to have tomorrow for breakfast / brunch / lunch then look at these pictures šŸ˜… This beautiful kitchen known as @redemptioncoffeeuk is situated just 15mins out of the city centre and is WORTH the drive! What we got: Banoffee & Fudge French Toast: Brioche French Toast, Served With Vanilla Mascarpone, Banana, Fudge Chunks, Finished With A Drizzle Of Toffee Sauce Mushroom & Avo on Toast: SautĆ©ed Button Mushrooms In A Garlic And Truffle Cream Sauce, Served On Sourdough With Smashed Avocado Turkish Eggs Garlic And Dill Greek Yoghurt, Two Free Range Poached Eggs, Toasted Sourdough And Chilli Butter Pistachio Croissant & lemon croissant. This place is like a hidden gem. Upon entering the eatery is just simply done with a counter full of fresh bakes. Baristas that understand coffee and chefs that produce the most gorgeous tasting food. The French toast was huge and perfectly balanced in terms of sweetness and softness. The mushroom toast was amazing and the truffle cream really came through. Full sized button mushrooms gave so much depth to this dish. The Turkish eggs were perfectly poached and the dill yogurt wasn't overwhelming. The flaky yet soft pistachio croissant was the last one on the counter and I can see why they were so popular. Fab service, lots of space inside and this place definitely has a hold over some of the brunch places in the City Centre. We found parking easily just around the corner and definitely a place to go back too. They have a good range of breakfast options, pancakes, sandwiches and even a kids menu.

We are not from Tyldesley, and apart from when I cycle through Tyldesley, we have never had a reason to visit until now. We visited on a Friday lunchtime, and it was very busy with dinners and people having takeaways. We managed to get a table and where quickly brought the menus. You order food and any drinks at the counter. It was only a few minutes before our food arrived. Wow, the food was absolutely delicious (Mayhap Veggie Breakdast x 2) and with great coffee and a very good herbal tea. We couldn't have been happier. That was until we had dessert (Banoffee & Fudge French Toast). My partner said she would try a little bit of mine. Well, she helped herself to more than a little bit. Next time, she will have to order one for herself. Yes, it was that good. The place is very clean and tidy with very friendly and attentive staff. The bathroom is fairly large and easily accommodates wheelchairs and has good baby changing facilities. After our visit to Mayhap Coffee, we will definitely be returning

A breath of fresh air! We went to redemption today for brunch. There was a small queue outside waiting but we were seated within 5 minutes. On entering we were met with a lively, clean and well thought out interior! We were able to order very quickly and the our coffees were at the table nearly before we were! The food came shortly after and was delicious. My friend is a vegetarian and can struggle with choice sometimes but she had lots to choose from and finally decided on the vegetarian breakfast which looked amazing! I went for the chicken Caesar flatbread which was so tasty! The food was fresh, quick, hot and reasonable priced! The staff were friendly, efficient and most importantly very passionate. It was clear that the people that own and run this cafe have a real love for what they do and execute it perfectly! During our time we were asked if we would mind sharing our large table with another couple who were waiting outside. We had no problem with this and it was actually lovely to see people excited and out and about. 5 stars from us and we will definitely be back! Thank you Redemption! Finally a decent cup of coffee, wonderful grub and vibrant atmosphere just around the corner! ā˜•ļø āļøšŸ˜ Same...

I’ve been coming to this cafe since early April this year, and was so happy to have found what I deemed a hidden gem. I fell in love with the Matcha lattes they do and was going to get them at least every other day. Unfortunately; the place doesn’t seem the same lately and in the last three days I have had my regular order (two hot matcha lattes, one with oat milk, one with regular milk and both with vanilla) ruined. One wasn’t made correctly, one didn’t have vanilla in and another time I didn’t know which was which as they didn’t write on the lids or tell me.Then when I went back to get one of them re made, they made me a regular coffee to which I said I didn’t order that it was a matcha latte, then he proceeded to make that whilst at the same time another woman interrupted as her hot matcha was meant to be a cold matcha. I am just disappointed at the fact I’ve been coming since April with a regular order as many know who I am in there because of it (& been making my Matcha order perfect), to now where recent baristas listen and take my order but still don’t get it correct. Maybe it’s time to change...
