Pachino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wigan

Awful, just awful. Took two hours to arrive. Called up to find out where it was and was lied to about it being delivered. It finally arrived 20 minutes later lukewarm and half of it missing, called back and basically got shouted down that they were about to leave with our order ( we had a half of it already so not sure what was going on with the guy but he wasn’t listening just talking over me).

We decided to make the best of what had arrived. Daughter started on a piece of chicken in her kebab - it was pink and raw in the middle. The whole lot went in the bin.

2 hours later, remember that delivery that was just leaving that I got shouted down about earlier never arrived. £37 wasted. They should be reported to trading standards and Wigan...

AVOID ordered from here on uber eats only reason being was it said 20-40 mins delivery time.

1.5 hours later our food arrived cold and damp. Sauces dripping out of there tubs.

During the wait for delivery I contacted the restaurant twice, First time being the driver was leaving in 5 mins.

Happy an hour later I rang back again to ask was the food on the way , was told the driver had left “ 1 or 2 mins ago”

Like I said 1.5 hour wait with no excuse , and cold & damp food.

Will not be ordering from here again.

Well what can we say. This place is so far downhill i dont think theres any chance of saving it. Current owners are clueless. Rediculous delivery times, cold rubbery kebabs, cold stale chips. When youve waited nearly 2 hours for your food, it wouldnt be so bad if it was decent. This isnt an isolated issue. Its been getting worse over the last few years.The italian guy and his son who started pachinos all those years ago should be furious at what its become. This is the last time ill order from here. The current owners need to sell up as they have ran this place...
