We did not learn, tried them again and nothing changed. Ordered chocolate browny and ice cream. Time passed and I mean passed then all of a sudden it came. There was a browny with a dot of ice cream. I did see one of the staff who told me she would bring a new one, again after time she just came back with the smallest dot of ice cream. What a joke! Bar Staff kept wife waiting at bar for ages not serving but they were serving others that just turned up to the bar. She passed comment its been that long shall I go some were else? The guy behind the bar who was the manager said to the wife Yes go some were else! The managers name is Christian, he is rude and horrible!! When we enquired with some of the staff there were embarrassed that we customers were spoke to like that!! This was my first and last visit to the Moon under water Wigan. RUDE manager, scruffy establishment and horrible food!!!

40 minute wait for a breakfast on a Sunday morning for it to arrive cold. Truthfully it’s not that nice neither it’s been microwaved. This place as seriously gone down hill. I f I could rate 0 stars I would. Tables are left with plates on them & the place is just in a BIG mess. Nicest part is the coffee, its from a machine but I must say this place isn’t clean or serve the food correctly I doubt the beers taste nice to and the lines aren’t cleaned regularly too. It’s just down to poor management skills without experience to run a venue like this. I will push this report through to your HQ as standards are seriously lacked. Sort it out!!

Large sprawling town centre spoons, and even on a cold snowy Thursday morning, as busy as you'd expect. Plenty seating and a few nice nooks and corners to squirrel yourself away in. Prices are obviously decent, staff are super lovely, the food though - not great, not good, and really borderline adequate. On this particular day I ordered a deli wrap and paid extra for chips. Given the amount I was charged for the meal with extra chips, I was unhappy with the small portion of food. And if that wasn't bad enough, food wasn't hot, didn't taste very good. Poor effort. I'd drink here sure, not eat.
