The White Swan — Restaurant in Wigan

Poped in for a pint after work at about 10pm last night, got stared at and quizzed on where I am from by a woman dont know if owner or barmaid then she went behind the bar looking at us pointing and saying something to bar staff and these men and we got ignored and intimidated and stood on by a group of men that came over to us(standing on toes and squaring up) then told to get out. Absolutely disgusting place, no welcome or anything if we wasn't dressed up enough as had work gear on a simple you can't be in here dressed like that would have been fine but instead got left at bar being stared at for 20 mins then stood on, intimidated and thrown out AND FOLLOWED out by 6 meat heads avoid this pub if its new to you, will be reporting. Most staff are lovely but the small skinny guy with glasses looks like a neaderthel. Refused to serve me for my regular drink, because of no I'd even though the same woman served me loads before.

I was with my mum and with and also my birthday won't be using again.

My brother and I went here for Sunday lunch. It was terrible. We were given extremely dry chicken with two small cold dry onion bhajis instead of stuffing balls?????? What's that all about! One of the worst Sunday lunches I have had in a long time. Nice cup of tea in a little pot. Place was clean and it was dog friendly which is nice to see.
