Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wigan

Ordered food for delivery 3 hours in advance, Order still turned up 45minutes late. 2 burnt but cold pizzas, and a portion of jalapeño poppers, rang shop spoke to the manager to get fresh ones delivered no joy. Was told I would receive and email from himself with an apology and my same order would be free. I'm still yet to receive an email. I highly doubt I will either. I won't use a papa johns again. UPDATE,,,,,,,,,after my initial review papa johns head office got in touch and sorted out my problem,I picked up my free new order last night Saturday 30 September. ( wasn't really free as I'd paid the week before ) but thank you to them for sorting it out, I picked up last nights order just to make sure it was fresh. Jalapeño poppers where delicious. Pizzas was ok not enough cheese or toppings pizza was very dry. In all honest truth I'm made up papa johns sorted the initial rubbish service But their pizzas are just not good enough for the prices, I'd rather get asda make my own cheaper plus lots and lots of toppings and cheese. I received a leaflet through the door offering 'Any Large Pizza for £7.99.' Collection only. I have never eaten anything from Papa Johns, so after a good workout at the gym, I decided to use the offer as it expires on the 27th of August, 2023. There was no queue when I arrived at the shop at about 7.15pm. One of the staff was dealing with a customer on the phone. So another staff member came over and took my order. Less than 10 minutes and my pizza arrived. It probably took me about 15 minutes to get home and sort a few things out before I was able to sit down and eat my pizza. The Hawaiian Pizza was very tasty. As the pizza was large, I had two pieces left over. May be a little snack later or lunch tomorrow. I am glad I have finally visited Papa Johns: tasty pizza, friendly staff, quick service, and a good price with the deal offer. Would I pay the full price once the offer goes off. Probably not. Ordered online through their website and it took me 3 attempts for my order to go through. When the food turned up i didn't even recieve half of it. I rang up the restaurant to see what had happened and they apologised and took my order again, I was told to return what I had already recieved upon the re delivery which I thought was odd and so did the delivery driver, but I was happy enough to do so. Once we sat down with our food for the 2nd time we noticed one of the pizzas was missing a topping and I was given the wrong ice cream.
