Incredibly disappointing. After a long walk around the beautiful city of Winchester me and my girlfriend decided to stop in for a warm drink in a quiet atmosphere. The young woman who greeted us was extremely rude, and sent us both glares after ordering as if we had just ordered the wrong item? We were met with dirty stares throughout the entirety of the ordering process, and felt as if we weren’t welcome. The dog she had brought in was very welcoming and friendly, however I can’t say the same about the customer service.

Extremely lousy. To use the toilets here you will be “interrogated” about why you needed to go, and what exactly you were doing?!

The dirty glares that we received throughout the stay from the host, was enough to make us both uncomfortable.

We were consistently pestered throughout the stay by the woman who seemed extremely unprofessional, tending to the dog rather than the customers, and questioning every single aspect of why we were there.

It was an unfortunate situation, and was likely just the result of a bad day; however it was appalling to how much was being said about the owner of the cafe, and as to why they were being blamed for everything!

Enough to say we won’t be returning, and we’re extremely disappointed by the lack of customer...

Immediately my favourite coffee shop in Winchester. Not only is the coffee high quality which you can tell from the smell when you walk in, but there are so many more options to choose from, a friend of mine had the resilience and said it was delicious. Our drinks were accompanied by some delicious flatbreads that were not only great value for money and just what we needed for a lunch pit stop; but my god delicious and fresh, a real breathe of fresh air for Winchester. Finally I just wanted to shout out the owner who was not only cooking the delicious food, but keeping super fun and interesting conversations going with the other customers which made the atmosphere feel so relaxed and inclusive. I couldn’t not mention little Skye, his dog with the temperament of what I would compare to a sleeping cherub👼 Will...

I recently discovered this amazing café in Winchester, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only is it dog-friendly, but it also has some of the best vegan options I’ve ever tried. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing lunch or coffee with friends (both two-legged and four-legged!).

I was especially impressed by their unique drink offerings, like the mushroom coffee and cacao – both are absolutely delicious and offer a refreshing twist to the usual café menu. The staff were incredibly friendly and lovely to chat to.

If you’re in Winchester and looking for a place with great food, awesome plant-based options, and a cozy vibe that welcomes dogs, this café is a must-visit. Can’t wait...
