Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Winchester

Given the number of staff on duty yesterday morning, you'd think they could keep up with the demand. Waited almost 15mins for a black americano and a latte, only for the latte to be the wrong size and for them to have forgotten the Americano all together. Then, I had to wait even longer for the correct latte, and because so many people had ordered drinks after me, it then took a further 5 mins to get my black coffee. Literally the simplest drink they make. Absolutely no point in taking so many orders if your baristas can't cope. And the staff member calling out the orders for people to collect may as well have not bothered as it was so loud in there no one could hear what she was saying. Also, as a regular Starbucks customer, I use their app which somehow or other keeps signing me out just as im about to pay. Might be time for me to use Costa or Nero instead. One star for the service. One male and one female staff behind the coffee machine lost my order. After I received my husband's coffee, waiting for mine, they made four more coffee for the others while I was still standing next to them waiting, they completely ignored my presence. I asked the other staff for my order, she told them about it, they said they did not have it. Eventually, they made it, and carried on serving other people until I asked again. The coffee was given to me without apology or any facial expressions of sorry. The female coffee making staff next to him even gave me a hostile look. How horrible experience was that on Sunday morning in Starbucks for breakfast! These two totally destroyed their staff' effort to make their customers accommodated and serviced....

For somewhere that's recently been refurbished it's already a mess. Once ordered and waiting for your drink you can't but notice the dirtiness of the till/drink preparation area. Customer service isn't the best either. I usually go here once a week but I've had a couple of times where they've done my order incorrect. Once I ordered a hot drink but they done the cold version. Then I ordered a drink for my friend and they put the wrong syrup in it, luckily she wasn't allergic to it, otherwise this is quite worrying. So in future I'm making sure my order is correct before I leave the premises. I'll still be visiting but this isn't my go-to coffee shop. I prefer the Gosport branch as I've never had any issue there and the staff are...
