Fiore - Cafè Bistro — Restaurant in Wirral

I had a double experience there watching the chef cooking ready chicken and a terrible panini uncooked baguette 🥖 and next day I worked there to replace the chef and owner that was looking for someone to replace him because after 5 days opened he said hat he won’t to stay there because he was dreaming a super chef to replace him because he was wanting to stay at home enjoying his daughter . During two hours I saw him doing many things dangerous and wrong inside the kitchen, the staff was parents that never worked in a kitchen before, one even not speak basic English, he didn’t now to manage the security bottom to turn on the gas, one knife to cut all goods, no stick labels on the food inside the freezer, no patience to show me his kitchen on my first day and the crazy thing is that he couldn’t open a can with a can opening toll. The staff is glad that I showed the normal easy way. In the end he told me that I as not good enough to replace him and gave me 10 Pounds to get the train repeating that he doesn’t want to stay there. I’m really don’t recommend. They refused to serve me because I have a Guide Dog. They said the dog was 'too big'! And they said they sometimes have children coming in. I didn't understand the relevance of this. The owner said his licence didn't say he had to let Guide Dogs in. I explained that he was breaking the law and showed him my Guide Dog ID card, but he wasn't interested. He said he wasn't bothered if I reported him and told us to go somewhere else! I visited this cafe 3 weeks earlier and my guide dog was made welcome by the member of staff serving on that occasion. This cafe bistro has just opened in Moreton Wirral. My wife and I tried it out. The Decor was sophisticated and had a calming feel. We ordered a breakfast and eggs Bennie. We sat for a while. But food didn't arrive. I asked waiter about it and he was very apologetic about the delay. He offered us free drinks as it was a mistake by them.
