Subway — Restaurant in Wirral

Now don't get me wrong, Subway never let me down for a satisfying footlong, however there is one member of staff who's name is extremely misleading. The said employee goes by the name 'Charm' which she very much lacks if I may say so! There was one occasion when I simply wanted a nutritious salad for my lunch, the escapade began when she put a half hearted handful of lettuce into my salad tub which caught my eye of being rather sparse (nothing like the pictures) so I kindly asked for another handful, I was meat with a snarl and a confrontational question of "wha? Is that not enough!?" my reply was simply "no, not really, hence why I am asking for more"... anyway we moved on from this and the next stage was the main toppings, chicken and chorizo. Now I am no expert in the art of Subways, however every man and his dog knows that a salad should contain six slices of delicate chorizo, however my 'charming' friend (pardon the pun) only placed five slices on my salad, I was quick to correct her of her mistakes, I was meat with another snarl. Next was the portion of jalapenos which I asked for plenty of, however plenty were not put on the salad, I asked for a couple more which I was then meat with an evil smile and a literal 2 more jalapeno slices. She sarcastically asked myself "is that enough?" which I matched her sarcasm with a cheeky "oh no, that's far too many now! haha only joking, that is perfect!" Called in subway last night 17-7-20 to get takeaway for my grandson , the girl serving was making up meals to go out for delivery ! , Told me to wait a moment !, After 14 mins she finished what she was doing and then made me wait another10mins!!! , At this point delivery guy came in sat down and had a drink without even attempting to take his order !!! What was the point in keeping me waiting when obviously the delivery was not urgent to her and delivery guy !!!!!! Never again will I go there,!!!! Was stood for nearly 10 minutes with my family while they prepared Internet orders. Wasn't even acknowledged or "I'll be with you in a minute". When the server realised he had made a mistake on the Internet order he had to start it again. They must realise that if someone has taken the time to visit their shop, they should give them the same time and effort in return. They should maybe have more staff or have one person doing Internet orders, one person serving the inconvenient humans who turn up! Poor show...
