Pretty poor from start to finish. ordered take away and was told to come back in 15 minutes so did but then waited another 25 so that was the start of the experience ..... then got back home and realized they had not given us everything we ordered .... so we just managed with what we had. The good food first ..... the Daal was about the best and was very tasty .... Bombay Aloo not bad either .... then it went downhill .... the butter chicken was pretty tasteless and had a big blob of cheese on top (who ever puts cheese on Butter chicken ????) .... the seekh kebabs has some awful sauce on but that’s not surprising as they were frozen and were deep fried .... then the naan break was ok

Have eaten Indian all over the world and maybe I compare it to my India experiences but even outside of India and compared to others in the area this has to be the worst experience ever ...too many other good places in the area to waste your time here .... unless you want...

Been coming here many years and have had family events over the years for 18th and 21st birthdays etc. with up to 20 family and friends having lovely food and service. However, will never come back after tonight, arrived around an hour before closure and were provided with very rude service from Ali sorry disgusting service. We arrived at 9pm but were told order all your food (Starters, main etc) they are all coming as one plate? Closes at 10pm. One of our party asked for an additional serviette, the response was 'this is for her"!.Wife of friend told "she looks like a party girl'. If I could do zero stars i would for service but food great the rest **.

Food is fab and kitchen staff seem brilliant and very freindly while awaiting for the bill but service was awful from Ali it was actually embarissing so I and my family will not come back, very sad.

I ordered earlier in the week, my food was nice so I tried to order on Thursday. Due to a technical issue with their online menu, I felt uncomfortable to give my card security code over the phone. Last night, I ordered online but the masala sauce flooded my plate with water and over half the chips were rock hard. My food was resent however, I was subjected to insults from the owner, "I've dealt with people like you before" but yet in the same sentence "that he'd been making food for years without any complaints" Having just looked at Vindaloo's reviews, recent negative feedback has been given.
