Just been here and absolute despicable service. Firstly woman making the drinks was more concerned with chatting to the customers she was making a drink for than the queue of people she was creating. So if you see the woman with the half shaved head and tattoo on her lower arm and there is a queue it is probably her fault. So best go somewhere else.
I also ordered food at this visit and the person who severed my was pleasant enough at first. Our food came before our drinks which the server put onto a tray. When I had to ask if this was our food she said "I put them on your tray didn't i" how would I know it was my tray as there were no drinks and food going cold, no number had been given to me or any indication that it was my tray. The server then sent a male colleague away to do the trays why she helped the woman who caused the back log in drinks lunch out of the oven.
It took one woman with blonde hair to resolve the queue within moments of taking over from the previous woman.
This all happened on the 2nd January 2017 from 15.15pm. I am the guy in the red and white striped jumper. If the MGMT would like to review the footage.
Also the reason why I did not bring this to the local MGMT attention is if the local store MGR let's their staff get away with this then I do not think the local store MGR has power over the staff or the local store MGR was...

Went in for a bonfire hot chocolate yesterday and got given a bonfire latte... when I went back to get it changed the barista said oh yeah she did make the wrong thing... sorry and then proceeded to make a simple hot chocolate. (no bonfire and didn't even ask if I wanted cream on top or anything) I was not going to go back a third time to get it changed... So basically I paid extra for a bonfire hot chocolate just to be left with a normal hot chocolate and the taste of coffee (I do not like coffee at all) in my mouth. Read moreA very poor Costa - staff clearly have their favourite customers and aren't very interested in anyone else (the twins are the worst for this!). Short asain lady with short dark hair can be very abrupt & rude, all though I don't think it's intentional she just gets very flustered. Training here is sub par, please take more care making coffee or don't put staff on coffee that are rubbish at making it - if I pay over £3 for a coconut flat white I want it made correctly, smooth and creamy, not bubbly & dry. If you ask for a remake be aware you'll hear staff muttering under their breaths, sorry but it's not my fault! It's also not unusual from entry of que to coffee receiving time to hit 25 minutes...
