Fireaway Pizza Woking — Restaurant in Woking

Very bad experience......Eating with children so ordered the family meal 3 pizza's 1 side. Awkward website to navigate but eventually ordered 2 Roma pizza's and 1 Meathead. Requested 1 Roma with no chilli as strangely the King pepperoni option was missing from the meal deal .......if anything the Roma's were delivered with extra chilli plus the Meathead which had no mention of chilli in the description had so much cayenne in it that we thought it was maybe a "prank" from the restaurant for having the nerve to request no chilli in 1 of the Roma's. The result was actually such a massive heat profile and no descernible flavour that it was rendered completey inedible and a complete waste of money, thankfully we tried before the kids did. Will not be ordering from here again and suggest to others eating with kids to call and speak to the restaurant rather than ordering online as the descriptions are inaccurate and we were all left disappointed. Ordered on opening night. Not a great first impression. No masks on staff. A very busy shop and some random guy taking up a table and valuable space (a table for 4) with social distancing clearly someone to do with the place again with no mask on. Got to the front of the queue and the guy taking orders was more interested in answering the phone. Everytime I went to place my order he answered the phone. Then waited 30 mins as they said went to collect and turns out they gave my pizza to someone else. Said sorry and they would cook straight away. Stood waiting and wasn't until I asked one of them got my pizza that was ready off the shelf but noone thought to give it to me. Never experienced such rubbish service. Don't expect a reply because it seems they ignored a previous negative review from someone in the shop at the same time as me. Pizza and garlic bread was undercooked too. Steer...

TLDR - Wouldn't go back, wouldn't recommend!

Tried to order 2 x 'Fire Us Up' meal deals (2 pizza 2 sides and 2 drinks) but was advised its actually only 1 side in the deal (which is the difference of 2 x £6 when ordered separately)... when's it's clearly printed on the menu. Went into store and advised it's a printing mistake... which isn't a good start to the first week of a new shop. Didn't want to budge on the price or quantity so I'll take my business elsewhere next time. ...to top it off... THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG!!! ‐ Painful ! 😩🙈 Shame really, as I was looking forward to supporting our local shops (especially with lockdown 2.0 beginning)
