Ozzy’s fish and chips — Restaurant in Woking

Love this place! We don't have fish and chips much. But when we do we go to Ozzy's.

When we moved into the area in 2022, Ozzy's was the closest so we went there. We did try the other fish and chips shop in the village which is also nice. But for us, Ozzy's is the best one.

The food is always cooked fresh and the portions are very generous - you can easily share a small portion of chips between 2 adults, 3 if you have small appetites. A large chips would be enough for a family of 4.

The staff are always helpful and friendly too. So if you want fish and chips in Knaphill, head to Ozzy's!

This shop is run but the owners of the amazing charcoal grill kebab shop. Fish portion was a little thin but still nice. The large chips were enough for two people easily. Savaloy were not great, bit cold and a little greasy. Sausage in batter was average, tasted "meh" and like it was frozen.

However, the fried halloumi was just devine. Crispy batter, thick cheese, and with a good "squeak" when you bite into it.

Not the best chip shop, but certainly not the worst. Food was filling and fair sized for the price. Would I go here again? Maybe, certainly would not avoid it, but there are better offerings nearby. Worth it for the...

Yesterday was busy with the arrival of a new baby 😍 My son had been with his wife a long time so I ordered fish and chips via app. When I had completed I remembered I had forgotten sauce! I called and explained. The lovely young lady said she would put some in complimentary which was so kind. I told her our news and we had a lovely surprise…see photo 🥰.
