Eastern Taste — Restaurant in Woking

Terrible & dishonest. They sent us an incorrect order and after waiting over 2 hours for the correct order which never arrived they offered us a replacement meal for another date. We were strung along for 2 hours being told the correct order is on the way. It wasn't. never arrived as it was never cooked. We paid in full for food which we didn't receive. We received someone else's order which was half the amount of our order and not eveb items we actually choose or enjoy. I called back to order the replacement meal which sadly never materialised. They denied knowledge of it and made an excuse of there was a change in management. At the time they told me they wrote it in their diary and it would be honoured so I shouldn't worry.. Whilst I was on the phone to them they assumed they had muted me and decided to speak in their language which I understood They were quite offensive & derogatory. "just get rid of her we have other customers calling with orders and tell her there is a change of management. Offer her 20% off her next order over £50 & if she doesn't accept it Just hang up" When I enlightened them I heard every word & repeated it back to them they hung...

The worst service ever. Ordered at 7.20pm and told one hour for delivery. I phoned after 1 hour 30 minutes and was told 15 minutes. Still no food. Phone to speak to the manager,and was told to call back in 10 minutes as he was in the kitchen. Stayed on the phone for 15 minutes and could hear the customers in the restaurant complaining as waiting for start for over an hour. Then they put the phone down on me. Tried to call back 18 times, they kept putting the phone down or went to answer phone. The food turns up at 10.10pm and surprise surprise it was cold and a dish missing. 💫💫💫 5-STAR AUTHENTIC EASTERN CUISINE EXPERIENCE 💫💫💫 Just had a family dinner at this lovely restaurant! Having been fully renovated, it welcomed us with pleasant music and relaxed atmosphere. The food was truly authentic and top quality - on par with (if not beating!) some of the best Eastern Cuisine restaurants one may find in London and area! The owner personally made his recommendations on their specials to ensure the best end-to-end experience.
