Terrible & dishonest. They sent us an incorrect order and after waiting over 2 hours for the correct order which never arrived they offered us a replacement meal for another date. We were strung along for 2 hours being told the correct order is on the way. It wasn't. never arrived as it was never cooked. We paid in full for food which we didn't receive. We received someone else's order which was half the amount of our order and not eveb items we actually choose or enjoy. I called back to order the replacement meal which sadly never materialised. They denied knowledge of it and made an excuse of there was a change in management. At the time they told me they wrote it in their diary and it would be honoured so I shouldn't worry.. Whilst I was on the phone to them they assumed they had muted me and decided to speak in their language which I understood They were quite offensive & derogatory. "just get rid of her we have other customers calling with orders and tell her there is a change of management. Offer her 20% off her next order over £50 & if she doesn't accept it Just hang up" When I enlightened them I heard every word & repeated it back to them they hung up.. Disgraceful.
