This was my 3rd visit in two weeks . The 1st time was Sunday lunch buffet which was really nice , the 2nd time was on a Saturday night with some friends and it was yet another good experience it tonight in our 3rd visit I was very disappointed! We arrived at our table which we had booked for 6pm , we had literally just sat down and the male waiter asked what drinks we would like , he brought them to the table slamming them down whilst leaning across us . He then asked us were we ready to order which we replied no we hadn’t looked at the menu yet , he then said it was getting busy so please hurry ! We ordered poppadoms with the four dips which came quickly . We hadn’t even finished eating them when they tried to clear them away and take them , we asked if they could leave them to go with out mains . The food was ok and the two females serving were very polite but we still felt rushed . I personally didn’t want to pay the service charge of £27 due to the way the male waiter made us feel like we were an inconvenience and neither did the others but wernt sure if we had to . I was also a little surprised that it was £1 each a poppadom and £3.99 for the sides that went with them ! I don’t often write negative reviews but I felt so uncomfortable eating there tonight that I thought it was worth doing so that maybe the waiter could get some trining in customer service when customers are paying £180.00 to eat in...

Everyone voted "Ruby night" which always fills me with a little worry as growing up on a diet of Indian food my expectations are extremely high (I would normally either go to Hayes, Southall, Birmingham etc) but unfortunately most local ones around Woking leave me with disappointment but not this time. The fact that this was a buffet restaurant raised the bar even further. There were plenty of starters, mains and rice to choose from, all freshly made and at no point did it feel like the food had been sitting around for ages. The manager came to us a few times making sure that we were ok and even said they would make another fresh batch of food if we needed. Great service! The naans were always delivered cooked hot and fresh to our table and not left on the side of the buffet table to get cooled. Food tasted fantastic and was not swimming in oil. We were all very impressed! To top it all of the manager and staff even made us fresh thick lassi. Thank you and we will...
