Tonight We had

2 x half pounders Bun was fantastic Patties were a good quality and had a lovely char Salad was mediocre to be honest but this burger was good, EXCEPT……. The burger sauce is vile, any establishment that does burger sauce worth their salt should know there is only 1 burger sauce…. Hammonds!!!

Sweet chilli bites These were delish, nice and chunky and crispy and the sauce was thick and good quality.

Wings Again delish, we’ll cooked, great flavor and plenty of them for a good price.

Onion rings According to the mrs we’re fantastic, great flavor and a nice crunch.

Chips x2 Thin chips, well cooked, annoyingly didn’t see the peri salt option until after I’d ordered but will try that next time.

Gravy KFC eat your heart out, while it could do with being hotter in temperature the flavor was fantastic and the consistency was spot on.

All in all a great little shop with great guys, friendly and accommodating.

1 bug bare I wasn’t asked if I want salad or sauce in my burger, personally I don’t like salad in my burger and the sauce, as I previously mentioned was vile!

We used Chicken Co before the refurb and the experience was terrible. We decided to give them another chance after their reopening as a chance for redemption. What a fool I was, food took well over 2 hours to arrive. Called the store a total of 30 (THIRTY) times. Out of those 30 calls, only once did they pick up. Said the food was on its way. 45 minutes later, still no sign of our food. Being absolutely furious that I’d been lied to over the phone, and still no one answering the phones, I decided to drive to the store myself. By the time I’d got to the store, my partner rang me and said the food had arrived. But when I did arrive at the store, the staff were just hanging around having a chat and laughing, whilst I’ve spent my evening trying to get hold of them. Driver said he’d look into a refund, but not holding my breath. What a circus of a business they’re running. Serves me right for thinking things would have changed I suppose. Oh, and they got the order wrong and it was stone cold...

Unfortunately the chef left the business.. the kitchen porter is now the cook . this guy can't cook worst bit is hes food is always burnt . . they sold us a out of date Pepsi bottle we showed them a image of the bottle and still not been compensated for it . i even messaged the owner on his personal phone . i did not get a reply but my phone info said he read my message. Since there business is now Booming they dont care about customers complaint. they think they better now . snm,
