Pepe's — Restaurant in Woking

I thought I share my experience, ordering from Pepe's piri piri Chicken,154 Maybury Road, Woking, GU21 5JR.

The Food taste was OK but not great. We had much better burger and wings from other places. Not a great experience, the size of burger for £2.79 and £3.79 were not justify comparing to the similar type of shops around here. £9.98 for 10 wings, almost £1 for each tiny wing.

I strongly feel I was robbed and deceived. I wanted to try this new restaurant, terrible mistake. I had to ring back to store to find out the reason for over charges. I was told, as it was a delivery; prices were different.

Unfortunately, I was only told that delivery is free as long the order value is minimum £15 and within 3 miles from restaurant, it is free.

In addition, I was never told that the price of all the items on the menu from till counter are more for Delivery. If I knew it, I would have picked up as I was nearby.

I have the copy of the printed menu with me and the receipt paid by cash. I will report this to council as all the people loaded with money, they wouldn't pay attention that they are PAYING MORE PRICE THAN WHAT THEY SEE IN THE MENU.

I have taken some pictures, but I forgot to take pictures of the burgers. Trust me, the price wasn't justify-able. I am attaching these pictures with this email.

This is the story of how you lose a loyal customer over some petty S..., I have ordered the same chicken and rice meal over 40 times in the past year through Uber eats and have been in the shop over 10 times, so all this time I forgot to grab a stamp card to get the free meal at the end.... so I spoke to the guy at the counter and I said, 'look how many times I have ordered from you guys" and showed him all the orders on my phone which is lots; I had to keep scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page, so I said 'Is it possible to get a few extra stamps in the card please'? and he asked someone at the back and they said no, you have to order in person and I am like oh ok. So I thought to myself 'I have been a faithful customer and you can literally see that (have spend over £500 on food) lol and you cannot give me a few extra stamps. that is mean A F' but anyways it was their careless attitude about my love for their food that put me off. I know they don't care about reviews or making their loyal customers happy, but anyways... this is the story of how to lose a faithful customer, over some petty s... because now I think twice before I...
