The one star rating is for the takeaway and delivery service. We have eaten in the resturant and had great food and service. However yesterday evening we decided to take advantage of their delivery service. We used their new app to order our food which was very easy to do, the order went through very quickly. We were given a waiting time of 50 minutes which would of been 8.25pm. At 9.05 I called to see where the food was and was told 15 minutes, at 9.50pm I called again and was told it was in the car on its way. Sure enough the food arrived a few minutes later, over 1.5hrs after it should of and we were given no explination of why it was so. We opened the containers to find that both mains were cold and the fried mushroom rice was just plain old boiled rice.. OK ordered a good variety of dishes from here, 1st time ordering as we fancied a change ,The food was plentiful and delivered on time Onion salad along with yog & mint sauce was good, mains were and everyone of us (6 people) all said the same thing afterwards , Lacking in depth in taste/ flavours/ingredients somthing was definitely missing , all portions of rice were OK , chips were actually ok too , fish pakora was very nice but extremely greasy, all breads were nice and fresh as ordered , you really must be honest in your reveiws in order for improvement otherwise how will they know !! I ordered almost 80 pounds worth of food for delivery online I got a call one of the items wasn't available , ok fine it was only a drink ask my new total around 75 pounds how long 30/45 mins after an hour I check ots location it arrived an hour and 20 mins after ordering my chicken tandory starter was missing and my mushroom bahjee was swapped for masalla base basicly pure onion was nasty, the nanny had no keema in and the mushroom pilau rice had no mushrooms I won't order again.
