Altafs Balti — Restaurant in Worcester

What a Shambles, 1st time on the place, started off with a pleasant waitress, didn,t get her presence again, unless we caught her going past on her way to chatting with the other staff,which all seemed to happen around the till area. Was a family birthday meal and homecoming, and half way through the meal , a cake appeared, (when half the table were visiting the toilet, so that surprise went down like a lead balloon!! The recipient didn't even blow her own candles out, the waiter did, thanks for that! ! That was our evening. ...we had to ASK for dinner plates to be cleared, no one appeared to ask if we wanted a sweet, coffee,or in fact Anything else...our original waitress (who only took our main meal order) had disappeared into a corner to eat her own meal ( Never seen that happen in a restaurant before).The cake was still sitting in the middle of the table, no knife, forks,spoons,or even plates...so god knows how we were meant to eat the damn thing!!!Think it was time to point out a few of these things to, no wait, not the manager!!! , someone who had been taking phone orders all night, so wouldn,t have had any idea of what was going on on the "shop floor"he opologies (fat lot of good that was going to do) gave us the bill, brought over the card machine and wallah, Over £100 quid down the Swany...No discount, no free drink, no thankyou NO NOTHING. !! Have lost a loyal customer after tonights incident. Although never had problems before with food or service , the behaviour by their staff was disgraceful today. 2 blokes wearing what i assume company work uniform as it said 'Altafs Balti' on it were trigerring my dog on purpose by making dog sounds and whistling and coming close to my dog whilst i was waiting for my food order outside of their building (with my dog calmly sitting next to me on the lead). My dog obviously started reacting by growling and barking at them as they were intimidating and coming close to us extending their hands close to try and touch him whilst clearly i am trying to avoid them and walking away from them as they making both myself and my dog uncomfortable. I have then asked them if they were okay to which they replied 'we are just walking' and carried on laughing, pacing up and down the road right next to us , looking at my dog the whole time. Not sure if they were under some weird stuff as one of them looked like he was sniffing something from his hand as he was pacing. With this disrespect and unwanted behaviour certainly will not be coming , not sure what their intention was but i definitely felt...

Ordered from just eat with an expected time of delivery of 20:30. The food never came after phoning and enquiring about the order. Phoned again at 21:20 to be told our order had gone somewhere else and they were making a new one, someone called Adham hung up on me after I asked how much longer this would take. Called back to find out the status where he tried to tell me I’d cancelled the order which was not the case 22:05 food finally arrives with missing curry for the Bryani we had ordered. Reported all of this to just eat, the restaurant admitted fault and said they would sort some sort of money back however received this this morning The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. Our restaurant was busier than we expected." We know this wasn’t the case as they have said it went to the wrong house and then missing items. They suggested we called them back this evening to speak to the manager, what a waste of time.
