My experience? Well, I'm not sure I had one!
Despite standing at the (not very busy bar) with a tenner in my hand, the lone barmaid, after shuffling around some slips of paper, turned her attention to the waiting customers. A couple who came into the bar after me, knew the barmaid and she chose to serve them first. Knowing each other of course necessitated a long conversation!

There is no food available on two days per week and served on only one evening per week. The beer was in good condition, as it should be and despite a modest 'footfall' the ambiance was pleasant. Overall a somewhat disappointing visit with a slightly generous 3...
