Quick Eat Takeaway , Off Licence & Convenience Store — Restaurant in Worthing

I didn't even want to give this a 1 star. This shop needs to do something about its rude staff. I've been ordering food from here for years and on the odd occasion the order that has been delivered has been wrong but been rectified until today 8/2/25. I placed an order that came to nearly £50 to find that one of the items was missing which was £8.99 alone. I called them to tell them to be handed over to there chief who can hardly speak English to tell me I'm lying as he cooked the bbq chicken stips and sent them out. After alot of back and forth of him saying I was lying that I must have them he put the phone down on me, I called straight back and they didn't answer so I called about 5 min later and someone answered i told him that I want my bbq or I'm coming down there with the food I have and getting a full refund, the man on the phone apologised and said he will get it made and sent out, but in the background I could hear the chief kicking off. I will never ever use quickeat again for anything I'm disgusted that they could even talk to a customer that way. So been warned if you order from there and your order is wrong you may be accused of lying. I would not recommend this...

This place does fries and chips (as in chip shop chips) which is a cool idea, just be sure what you ask for to get the right thing. The burgers are terrible; cheap and nasty. The fried chicken is nice, just a bit too greasy. The service however, completely sucks. I waited ages for my order and then when I got home found that half of it was missing. They had no driver to bring it out to us and the guy argued the toss about how I'd ordered my burger. When we collected all the missing items not only were they not apologetic for their mistakes, the manager tried to charge us for a replacement burger! Unbelievable! The issues spoilt a family treat and left us very annoyed and disappointed with our first visit. Think we'll stick to our existing local fast...

We were the only customers and ordered our food and paid for it. The guy serving was busy talking to his staff...When we got home we discovered that one of our main courses was missing. We aren't far from them so thought if we called them we could sort it quickly and painlessly. The guy who served us answered the phone and when I explained what had happened he aggressively told me that it was my fault for not calculating what he charged us against what we ordered and mistakenly provided. A simple apology would have been fine and selling us some more food but clearly keeping customers is not part of his plan! I had no idea the reviews were so poor before this... Looks like my business is going elsewhere and I recommend you...
