Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Worthing

Bit uncomfortable in terms if seating. Hollow shell. Needs some plants in there. Some staff great, some not so great. Bit grubby at times. Costa is more comfy.

Update: went in on 11 May. Friendly chap on the till but another young girl with the weight on her shoulders, mousey blonde/brown hair and long-ish in length, was chewing her gum, mucking around with insignificant napkins that weren't a priority when she should have been making my coffee. Eventually started my coffee. No 'hello' and then sloped off, with milk still frothing, for her lunch and the chap had to take over from the till.

She basically had a face like a slapped arse!

See the delights of Costa up the road but although comfy, don't expect the red carpet treatment there either... the common theme? People working in a service industry with no service skills whatsoever.

Buy yourself a Nespresso and...

This is by far the Best Starbucks I've had down south. Not only do they make the drink perfect each and every time, even customising for this difficult customer lol 😆 but they are always Happy which makes my visit feel like I'm truly welcomed. In such difficult times it's so nice to be able to lose oneself from the crazy world and relax with good vibes! Lloyd and Olivia served me today and they are a credit to the brand! I actually find myself passing a few Starbucks on my way...but if you want perfection everytime or at least a smile with your coffee...then you just got to pop into tgis store. Broadwater Starbucks 🌟 second to none...

The hot chocolate drink with whipped cream on top was so far the best drink I have had since roaming around cafés and garden centres. However, the croissant was a disappointment here; small and insubstantial.

Staff should not wait for customers to call them just to clean the table. And geez, do not spray cleaning liquid in front of the customer recklessly. They really need further training in hospitality service.

It is 10 in the morning, but the toilet smells and is dirty. The toilet rolls are placed on the toilet floor. Very unsanitary.

Management/Supervisors should really check these...
